We are recruiting for one of our favourite clients - a Central London-based integrated agency with a knack for creating and developing exceptional brand journeys.

Amongst their range of consumer and BTB clients they have spent the last two years developingan exciting presence within healthcare communications and are now looking for a talented individual to strengthen their client relationships.


They are looking for either a Senior Account Manager or an established Account Director; both with healthcare agency experience though perhaps not wanting the typical route through the usual pharma agencies.


Working closely with the MD, yet autonomously within the agency, you'll be liaising with clients at all levels, managing projects, briefing art directors/writers/designers, pitching and presenting and always adding your own personality and creativity toyour work.


As a human (rather than science) led professional, you'll positively enjoy how the agency has creativity and collaboration at the heart of what it does.

Although your responsibility is in their Healthcare group you'll work with colleagues that are true all-rounders,across all types of client and so will never feel like you're in a narrow or constrictive field.

And when demand requires you'll get to work with consumer projects too.

As for skills and experience required, here are the bullet points:

  • Solid agency track record with exposure to brand, digital and integrated campaigns
  • A love and understanding of healthcare communications coupled with a desire to do things
- differently

  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to grow accounts
  • Great admin and financial management of your accounts
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive projects endtoend
  • Curious about learning more about the industry, clients and the world around them
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A desire to learn and grow working directly with the leader of this fastgrowing business
