    Description

    We're actually helping our client find TWO people right now - one mid to senior manager level (£40-45k ) and one who is more of a senior exec looking to fast track (£35 to 40k ).

    Are you looking for a performance-based digital advertising and marketing role at an exciting, progressive and growing London agency? Do you have two or more years agency experience and enjoy the challenge of the whole PPC thing? Do you pride yourself on going above and beyond to help your colleagues? Our client is a well-established creative agency based in London's West End with a reputation for great design.

    Over the last three years they have built two new strands of the business - Performance Marketing and Strategy - which have taken them to the next level in terms of creativity, innovation and effectiveness for their clients.


    2024 has already seen great things and more work than the current team can handle so they are now urgently looking to find the perfect people for the Performance team; diving straight into their clients' Paid Social, Google & Bing Ads and SEO projects.

    Joining a team at Manager level, you'll be at the forefront of driving B2B performance marketing strategies across diverse industries, including property, hospitality, health and tech.

    The role involves activating and optimising corporate campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and managing (and delighting) multiple clients to ensure results-driven campaigns stay within agreed budgets.

    Agency experience and working with BTB clients
    Experience and a passion for Google Ads, Bing Ads, PPC bid management and all things Paid Search
    Experience with SEO and the usual social platforms and ideally a bit of TikTok too
    Strong analytical mindset and unapologetic nerdiness about data

    They are ideally looking for someone to start in the early Summer and are hoping to meet open, friendly, motivated professionals who love what they do and are seeking to be part of a likeminded team of lovely people.
