An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Buyer with packaging experience to join one of the fastest-growing food businesses/procurement teams within the FMCG industry right nowNot only will you work with brands you will know and love, but you'll be part of a dynamic and tight-knit team within procurement.

You and the team will be focusing on purchasing and sourcing packaging across the globeThe Role:

As the Procurement Buyer, you'll be working for the global arm of the business with a focus on sourcing within global markets.

You will be working on their packaging category and specialising in plastics.

Also, you'll be responsible for creating strategic sourcing methods, negotiating prices with new suppliers, ensuring costs are managed and achieving budgets for the globally recognised brand.

They are looking for people with the drive and enthusiasm to take their procurement team to the next level.


You:
4 years experience in Buying (packaging)Global sourcing experience within the FMCG industryStrong analytical experience and process improvementPrevious experience within creating and implementing sourcing strategyVery strong negotiator/stakeholder manager (tenders and contracts)CIPs qualified or equivalent experience
