- Vendor evaluations and support for surveillance strategic roadmaps
- Market abuse surveillance implementation and calibration in both trade and communications surveillance (e.g. lexicon refinement, model tuning, detection scenarios, instance identification, parameter setting and calibration)
- Data driven surveillance effectiveness review and optimisation
- Reviewing end-to-end data and process flow supporting surveillance implementations
- Assistance in responding to regulatory enquiries
- Assisting senior team members in scoping, managing and delivering data-driven surveillance engagements
- Providing day-to-day support for deployment of a wide range of voice and eComms vendor solutions
- Assisting senior team members in developing Market Abuse propositions and delivery methodologies that will add value to our clients
- Demonstrable technical knowledge of market-leading communications surveillance vendor solutions
- Experience in developing or implementing methods for tuning lexicons and machine learning models for false positive reduction within communications surveillance systems
- Experience of providing MI and summarising data for senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with e-communications surveillance system implementation
- Experience with e-communications alert dispositioning within market abuse surveillance
- Understanding of different types of market abuse risk
- Experience in using data analysis and visualisation tools (Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau)
- Technical knowledge of tuning one or more market-leading e-communications surveillance systems, preferably with hands-on experience in lexicon refinement and machine learning models for false positive reduction

Restructuring & Forensics
In Restructuring & Forensics we focus on supporting our clients through the Protect and Recover stages of the business cycle. We combine restructuring services such as financial restructuring, liability restructuring and corporate simplification with Digital and Forensic Investigations and Financial Crime teams. We support clients in stress or distress situations, seeking to support them to respond, restructure and transform, as well as prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from a wide range of business risks and issues.. We could be involved in any one, or all of these types of engagements.
