Assistant Team Manager - Intake & Assessment 3 month initial contract £40-42 Umbrella per hour Cardiff being the Capital City of Wales is a great place to live and work, and we work within the Social Services and Well Being Act (Wales)2014.

This Act focuseson working with people and families in partnership, to meet their needs to prevent them from escalating.

As a social worker in Cardiff, you will make an impact on children's lives, through your commitment and dedication you will help deliver high quality services and use a child-centred approach.

Our social workers make a real difference to the families theywork with and help their families who may have had a difficult start in life to achieve their best outcomes.

As a social worker you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding children, building upon family relationships to support and empower children and theirfamilies to make important choices about the direction of their lives.

You would be working in partnership with families helping them to develop skills for their children to live in a happy and safe home environment.
