    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create an elevated customer experience by communicating the DNA of the brand lifestyle in visual merchandising and packaging.
    • Partner with the Visual Merchandising and Packaging team to elevate visual presentations across all product categories.
    • Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions to support product packaging and in-store Visual Merchandising and Marketing initiatives such as fixture graphics, store signage, gondolas, end caps and display.
    • Collaborate with the retailer teams to leverage all visual merchandising opportunities in retail, outlet and wholesale arenas.
    • Ensure all visual implementations reflect brand identity in each product category with an understanding of each market.
    • Create enticing visual displays in both windows and interiors.
    • Communicate impactful storytelling presentations which align with global brand visual merchandising and packaging initiatives.
    • Provide high-quality and creative packaging/merchandising designs that are appropriate for the product and are aligned to each brand's strategy and project brief.
    • Design for all packaging programs, including new products, line extensions, promotional programs.
    • Support the design and development of Global Visual Merchandising and packaging requests.
    • Work with outside vendors to create and manage the packaging mockup process in a timely manner.
    • Effectively manage multiple tasks at once.
    • Work hand-in-hand with print vendors and production partners on execution ensuring all files are perfectly prepped for print.
    • Support all project phases from ideation to in-store execution and post-roll-out support.
    • Keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to translate brand identity into visually stunning packaging designs and visual merchandising signage.
    • Translate and adapt existing designs to different fixture formats and sizes in both 3D and 2D.
    • Ensure brand design standards are upheld across all touch points.
    • Organize and prepare files for final artwork release to vendors.
    • Understanding of vendor specifications and technical drawings.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum five years of design service experience;
    • Outstanding interpersonal, management, communication and organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Proven strong experience in packaging and visual merchandising / in store design
    • Team player
    • Self-motivated
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising to continuously improve the effectiveness of displays
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Highly organized and flexible
    • Proficient with 3D design, Adobe substance 3D
    • Excellent listening, writing and communication skills
    • Detail oriented designer who is comfortable with shifting design direction and working on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Must have masteries in creative, technical skills, project management, and strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
