    As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by imparting your knowledge and passion for psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels.

    ResponsibilitiesDelivering engaging and stimulating psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 studentsDeveloping and implementing effective teaching strategies aligned with the school's curriculum and assessment plansAssessing student progress and providing personalized feedback to enhance their learning outcomesCollaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environmentContributing to the department's ongoing professional development initiativesQualifications And ExperienceDegree in PsychologyQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentProven experience teaching psychology at KS4 and KS5 levelsStrong understanding of the latest psychological theories and methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnthusiasm for inspiring and motivating studentsSalary And BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, paid to scale on a permanent contract to scale MPS/UPS.
