    Job Title: Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistant

    Location: Swadlincote Area

    Classroom Recruiters is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistants on behalf of a fantastic school in the Burton area.

    We are looking for a total of 3 TA's in total to work in this fun and inclusive environment. You must be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children who have special needs.

    Position: Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistant
    Type: Full-Time, Permanent
    Salary: 18, ,000 (Take home)
    Benefits: School holidays off and paid for
    Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:15 (early finish on Fridays)

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with a child diagnosed with autism on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.
    • Engage in group activities to promote social interaction and collaborative learning.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.

    Requirements:

    • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:15 (with an early finish on Fridays).
    • Commitment to a full-time, permanent position.
    • While a background in special needs is not mandatory, it would be advantageous.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for contributing to the development of children with special educational needs.
