Role Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Head of Planning, the Project Planner will be responsible for assisting the Design Manager in the coordination of the design process on a project from tender to client and end-user handover.

On a day to day basis, the responsibilities of the Project Planner will include the following (not exhaustive):Managing controlled project documentationDrawing up and supporting the implementation of a construction programmeDefining methods and establishing outputs in consultation with the estimator and other team membersPreparing a resourced programme including reviewing the outcome for conformance with expectations and requirementsCompiling the forecast programmesContributing to the identification of change and undertaking assessments of the time effectsPreparing, maintaining and communicating the contractual programme to meet requirementsWorking with the Site Agents to understand progress, milestones and activity completionTreating Health and Safety and environmental matters as primary drivers of approachThe ideal candidate will be a Project Planner who is in receipt of the following:Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and if you are a Chartered Civil Engineer, would prove highly beneficialAble to demonstrate a wide range of Civil Engineering knowledgeDemonstrable experience in Planning Software packages.
