We are now seeking an experienced Pastry Chef on behalf of an outstanding property based in Lancashire.
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience)
Please note that this is a live-out position.
The Role
To be creative and innovative with quality ingredients in production and staging.
Supporting the Head Pastry Chef.
Making sure that the best menus are delivered with innovation.
Training and guiding lower ranking Chefs.
Working in a lively and fast-paced environment.
Adhering to hygiene and all other policies, procedures and regulations.
About You
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef
2 Michelin star experience or similar
Emphasises guest satisfaction as a top priority.
Facilitates effective communication within the team.
Exhibits high motivation and a proactive demeanor.
Devotes to providing exceptional customer service.
Ensures strict adherence to food delivery standards.
Motivated by ambition to excel and advance professionally.
Proficient in health, food safety, and risk assessment protocols.
