- Manage your own portfolio of client payrolls.
- Work closely with the payroll manager to service multiple clients.
- Process payrolls from start to finish, including autoenrolment.
- Assist with the training and development of team members.
- Build strong rapport with clients.
- Stay uptodate with legislation, ensuring all work is in compliance, and keep the team informed.
- Maintain strong relationships through communication with colleagues, clients, HMRC, and other thirdparty providers.
- Previous experience in processing client payroll.
- Strong endtoend payroll knowledge.
- Ideally, have supervisory experience.
- CIPP qualified or equivalent.
- Uptodate knowledge of payroll legislation, processing, and Auto Enrolment regulations.
