Business Support Administrator required for a successful and expanding company based in Bishops Stortford.


This position offers very good potential for progression but requires an organised and adaptable individual who can multitask and come up with solutions.


  • Providing administrative assistance in resource planning through running reports and analytics on utilisation, and escalating concerns in a timely manner to ensure the effective management of current and future demands in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Coordinating and maintaining software systems and processes to maintain accuracy, extracting information from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and Quality Management System (QMS) for the benefit of the Business Development team, Marketingteam, and policy updates.
  • Administrative tasks including coordinating and preparing meetings and travel for the Business Development and Operations teams, running reports to pull essential information for daytoday operations and monitoring and escalating non adherence to contractualagreement.
  • Supporting the company's recruitment strategy, being able to work with multiple stakeholders within the business and liaise with external recruitment companies, to support the beginning to end recruitment processes.
  • Supporting, maintaining and reviewing the induction and onboarding processes, delivering associated training modules, and keeping the HR and QMS systems accurate and compliant.
  • Identifying and supporting the development and implementation of efficient processes, tools, and reporting to continually improve measures in our processes to promote excellence and productivity in daily tasks.
  • Supporting the administrative needs of the operational team.
  • A high level of proficiency with IT systems such as CRMs and workflow platforms, and across the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
  • To be highly organised and able to multitask with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to come up with solutions and be a problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Adaptability, flexibility and enthusiasm
  • To be highly proactive and demonstrate initiative
  • A high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • The ability to work on your own as well as in a team
  • To be flexible and confident to create new processes
  • Attention to detail, and a serviceoriented attitude
  • Experience with CRMs, recruitment or HR (an advantage)
