Customer Relations Manager (Full Time, office-based)Fortrade has been a leading provider of online trading solutions for individual and institutional clients since 2013.

We specialise in trading education, and delivering world-known trading instruments, providing each client with a tailored service that suits their needs.
Salary £22,000, after 3 months' probation - £23,000
Bonuses on top of your base salary, and uncapped commission; Our top performers make much more, but almost all get promoted to Management, Team Leader, or Senior Account Manager roles, six months to a year of being an Account Manager with us.

Provision of account management services for an allocated portfolio of clients.
To plan and carry out account management and sales activities, to maintain and grow existing customers, in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Resolving and/or escalating customer account issues in a timely fashion to the appropriate department, and monitoring it to a timely resolution that meets the customer's expectation and satisfactionAchieving sales targets associated with existing customer accounts
