    Who You Are

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of combined experience in B2B sales and presales engineering, with a strong focus on channel development.
    • In-depth understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and technologies.
    • Extensive network within manufacturing verticals, particularly with key stakeholders in Material Handling.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales with a technical edge, ideally in Material Handling or related industrial solutions.
    • Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively towards sales targets.
    • Highly motivated team player excited to contribute to an expanding international sales and technical team.
    • Strong hunter mindset and customer-oriented approach.
    • Native in English.
    • Resident in the UK.

    What You Will Do

    • Conduct on-site discovery visits and technical assessments to understand customer requirements and project needs.
    • Collaborate with customers to design and build customized solutions from scratch, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
    • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions.
    • Develop and present compelling technical proposals, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations.
    • Assist in developing project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
    • Evaluate new customer needs and align them with our product and service offerings to drive business results.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    • Grow the sales pipeline through direct customer engagements and by leveraging channel partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using Sales Automation tools.
    • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts, communicating achievements and challenges to the sales leadership team.
