- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Experience of being a CFO within a PE-Backed Tech enabled, SaaS and/or related sectors, delivering successful a successful exit
- Ability to communicate effectively and as a leader within the business and inspire others in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Proven track record of successfully growing a business, helping to add value and moving a business toward a subscription-based model
- Be a capable communicator and be able to engage both investors and shareholders.

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with PE Backed SaaS business, In search of a high-calibre CFO to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the business's strategic direction, as they embark on an exciting journey to explore further M&A opportunities and position themselves for a successful future exit.
As the business transitions to a subscription-based model, the incoming CFO will have a pivotal role in driving the transformation of the business model, enhancing engagement, and spearheading the implementation of key financial strategies. This includes identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities and ensuring the financial health and stability of the business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and drive initiatives aimed at maximising value creation.
In addition to spearheading the company's financial strategy, the CFO will have direct oversight of various critical functions, including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis, negotiations, and investor relations. As well as, leading and managing a dynamic finance team. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive alignment and execute on the business' vision and objectives.
