    We're recruiting for a Convenience Key Account Manager to represent the Nakd and Trek brands across a remit of convenience, symbols and petrol forecourt accounts. You will be managing and working closely with our key customers in this sector including Booker (Londis & Budgens), SPAR & BP.

    To help us achieve our growth plans we are looking for an enthusiastic, commercial, passionate, highly organised and talented individual to join our strong impulse team. You will ideally be educated to degree level with strong account and commercial management skills. Possessing excellent relationship building at all levels, with good communication skills and attention to detail and the ability to work well in a small team.

    You will also have a relentless focus to grow your existing account base and win new outlets and distribution points for our brands in symbols and petrol forecourts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and fun business at a time of significant growth and momentum.

    To help us to achieve our continual growth plans we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to work within our Impulse sales team.

    You'll report into, and work closely with the Head of Impulse

    The role of the Convenience Key Account Manager will be to deliver against our commercial objectives within managed convenience, symbols and petrol forecourts.

    Responsibilities

  • Account management responsibility for route to market customers with convenience sector including Booker, Costco & SPAR
  • Account management responsibility of key direct customers including BP and WH Smith Travel
  • Growing our share within managed convenience and symbols, working closely with route to markets and key end users
  • Identifying and opening new outlets and distribution points across the convenience and forecourt channel, with focus on core range
  • Increasing our visibility and driving trial and penetration within petrol forecourts
  • Supporting key end users with merchandising and planogram recommendations
  • Providing analysis and support to grocery convenience channel i.e. Tesco Express, JS Local, etc
  • Working alongside wider Impulse team to develop and execute a cash & carry plan
  • Landing NPD and delivering against agreed distribution and sales targets
  • Full ownership of any relavent events and/or trade shows
  • Full P&L ownership which will include forecasting, budgeting, managing spend, agreeing a promotional plan, managing JBP's and trade agreements
  • You

  • Strong analytical & commercial acumen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and develop great relationships, both internally and externally
  • Able to prioritise quickly in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Previous experience within convenience and forecourts would be preferrable
  • Strong understanding of category data, sources, cutting data, evaluating and delivering a compelling sales proposition
  • Competent in Powerpoint/Excel/Word
  • Hands on approach and real go getter
  • Ideally educated to Degree level
  • Happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
