As a Barclays BUK Front Office Control Business Partner - Customer Strategy and Data, you will have a Senior role within first line of defense accountable for ensuring effective governance is maintained across key customer processes underpinning Data and Marketing controls, to strengthen the control environment.
You will be the key point of contact for the CCO service provision and would work across the CCO community to support targeted control focused interventions to fix and/or simplify controls.

What will you be doing?:
- Managing the business priorities and strategy, and can deploy controls knowledge and expertise
- Acting as the point of coordination and syndication of all CCO Services provided to the business
- Driving high quality risk management in line with strategy, regulation, Group frameworks, policies, and standards
- Providing robust, effective, and insightful, data led analysis and reporting
What we're looking for:
- Broad knowledge of the Operational Risk Management Frameworks
- Proven experience of automated controls
- Significant knowledge of Data and Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Practical experience of Risk and Control governance activities including scheduled Annual Risk Assessment (RCSA/OneRA)
- Broad knowledge of Retail Banking
- Proven experience of working with other Control and 3LoD teams to share ideas, best practices and ensure consistency of experience across Businesses and Risks
- Experience with analytical skills to support data let analysis and solutions
Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.
We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton.
