Role Overview:
We are currently seeking Part-time to Full-time Landscapers to join our team.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about landscaping and sustainability to contribute to our mission-driven work.

Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time employment, we're open to discussing arrangements that work best for you, including self-employed (SO 0H) or PAYE basis.

Our competitive day rates range from £105 to £170, with salaries starting from £25,000 to £38,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Execute a variety of landscaping tasks, including hardscaping, softscaping, paving, decking, and fencing installations.

• Work collaboratively with the design team to bring garden designs to life, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards and client specifications.
• Operate a range of landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow sustainable landscaping practices, including the use of eco-friendly materials, native plantings, and water-efficient irrigation systems.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices or less experienced team members, facilitating their development and growth in the field of landscaping.

Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a passion for landscaping and a willingness to learn.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Interest in sustainability and eco-friendly landscaping practices.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
