- Helping the Buyer choose ranges of technical and outdoor lifestyle clothing for various sales channels
- Assisting in presentations and seasonal reviews
- Collaborating with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Omni Channel to convey product direction
- Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships for optimal pricing
- Regularly evaluating competitors' product ranges
- Attending range reviews and managing competitor and trend analysis
- Participating in seasonal photo shoots and managing samples
- Conducting store visits to ensure adherence to the market strategy
- Visiting suppliers and attending trade fairs
- Previous experience as an Assistant Buyer in multiple product categories
- Strong numerical and creative skills
- Commercial acumen and market awareness
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Base salary range: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum
- Annual bonus potential of up to £1,500
