Our department proudly provides the majority of the Group's upper quartile, front line services and our experienced team are fundamental in helping us achieve this.

Working as part of Jigsaw Homes Group means you have the option to choose flexible working that suits you as well as the organisation, allowing for a great work/life balance.

You can choose to work 35 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday
OR 35 compressed hours per week, between 7am and 7pm, over 4 days - with 50% of your time working from home upon completion of a satisfactory probation period.

You will also get:

27 working days holiday per annum (based on a 5day working week) plus bank holidays, plus additional days after 2 years continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days) and the option to buy/sell up to 5 days extra per year,
