    About the role

    We've got an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Affairs directorate This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of internal, external and stakeholder events alike, to make a lasting positive impression on all audiences and support NWG's reputation.

    As an Events Assistant, you will support delivery across all operating areas and facilitate processes to help improve the team's performance whilst creating memorable brand experience.

    Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager and working closely with the Events Consultant, you will coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive event programme. You will represent NWG with key stakeholders to support site visits, welcome colleagues to our all-colleague roadshows and work alongside our leadership team to execute conferences and local events as appropriate.

    As you will be required to travel this role requires you to have a driving licence.

    The successful candidate will not be employed directly by NWL, but instead by one of our recruitment partners for the duration of the placement.

    About you

    We're looking for you to have proven experience working in a business environment with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of different audiences, understanding their specific requirements.

    Therefore, you will have a self-motivated attitude alongside the ability to plan and organise in order to deliver multiple, competing priorities.
