    Anderson Knight are delighted to be partnering with one of our valued client for a key appointment of a Finance Business Partner.

    Our client is highly respected and recognised across the UK, operating within a strictly regulated and innovative industry. The Finance Business Partner will work alongside the department Director in undertaking critical strategic work.

    The key duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Drive performance improvement, conducting in depth analysis and producing strategic plans.
    • Work alongside director advising on key financial decisions.
    • Forecast delivery and long term planning and delivery.
    • Identify and mitigate risks om investment opportunities in line with the regulatory business plan.
    • Prepare and lead forecasting, ensuring stakeholder sign off and broader strategic plans are met successfully.
    • Assist with other business units to review and improve regulatory performance.
    • Adhoc tasks and processes where appropriate.
    The main candidate will be a fully qualified who can demonstrate proven experience in a business-interfacing role, ideally within construction or engineering. You will be experienced working with a larger business and will have a strong background in solving complex business issues.

    You will possess excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, being able to interpret data from external sources and collaborate into strategic plans with clear goals.

    To succeed in this role you will need excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and if not already possessed, will be expected to develop an understanding of the renewable sector.
