Are you a motivated, proactive person who cares deeply about creating exceptional experiences for your guests? Do you take personal pride in delivering luxury service? If so, we would welcome you to apply for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at the exclusive Everglades Hotel.
Supported by our Food and Beverage Manager, Patrice Vanswayze, you will assist the Manager in providing leadership to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day supervision of our busy hotel Food and Beverage team. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have worked in a busy Food and Beverage environment and be able to lead, motivate and support your team members to achieve success. You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out seven including weekends. Typical shift patterns are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
