    Dealing with new enquiries and prospects and existing client enquiriesA good understanding of our house style and a love for the brandBelieve in our culture and deliver in such a way that you support each member of the team to thrive in their roleFlexible and dedicated attitude towards the role fuelled by an appreciation for why we do what we do.

    Excellent organisational skillsAbility to react quickly and innovate when value needs to be addedConfidently able to deal with people at all levels, backgrounds and levels of wealth in a timely and efficient mannerTo present a welcoming, courteous, helpful and efficient serviceTo be fully knowledgeable on the client journey, propositions and offering in order to add as much value to the client journey as possible.

    On-boarding of new clients into the businessMaintaining existing client review communications including managing and arranging Client appointments as agreed by the Financial PlannersClient event attendanceDealing with queries from all clients and from within the Company to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction is maintainedAssisting the Directors in the development of continual improvement programmesSkills required:The ability to maintain good relationships with all clients of the business; enhancing the profile of the Company within the professionDevelop and maintain internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targetsPromoting the profile of the business within the profession and wider communitiesContinuous professional development to meet personal development needs.
