    Exciting Opportunity as a Deputy Manager at a Fashion Retail Business

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a remarkable in-store experience.
    • Displaying a deep understanding and enthusiasm for the product range.
    • Leading by example and actively supporting the Store Manager in guiding, motivating, and supervising the team.
    • Having the freedom to influence stock placement within the store using your commercial expertise and creative vision to uphold the highest merchandising standards.
    • Achieving outstanding standards, financial goals, and KPIs through sales analysis and future sales forecasting.
    • Recognizing current and future customer needs by building connections with potential and existing customers.
    • Overseeing stock levels and playing a pivotal role in stock control decisions.
    • Suggesting innovative strategies to boost market share.
    • Maintaining optimal staff levels by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
    • Assisting the Store Manager in all facets of successful store management and team support.

    About You...

    • Possessing management experience from a retail store environment.
    • While prior fashion retail experience is preferred, candidates with a keen interest in fashion will also be reviewed.
    • Demonstrating a history of delivering top-notch standards and exceptional outcomes.
    • Being adept at leading, managing, and motivating your team.
    • Showcasing unparalleled customer service skills and thriving in a service-oriented setting.
    • Exhibiting strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
    • Being a proactive, commercially focused self-starter who thrives in a dynamic setting.
    • Displaying excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a preference for fast-paced environments.
