We are currently recruiting for someone with an income background to join our team as a Customer Account Partner, providing an effective customer focused income collection service; balancing prevention, support and recovery.

You will be responsible for the ownership for all cases within a specific area and deliver a broad range of preventative measures.

You will be required to make contact with customers through a range of methods, including over the phone and in person, promoting various payment methods.

Working with customers to create interdependence and reducing the likelihood of missed payments. It is essential to work restoratively with all customers, building effective relationships and understanding individual circumstances.

We are looking for someone who is organised, has great communication skills and is passionate about people, willing to go above and beyond to make a positive impact on our customers.

The working pattern for this role is 18.5 hours per week, working Monday and Tuesday full days between the hours of 8am -6pm and Wednesday morning between the hours of 8am - 12pm.
