Job Role:

Reporting to the department Supervisor you will be required to support production with SMT rework, modifications, hand builds and any other repairs.

This includes using re-work equipment, X-Ray & inspection equipment, and soldering irons for fine pitched components. Our rework requirements range from SMT rework to complex BGA replacement & track repairs. We will match you to the rate / department depending on your rework proficiency.

Occasionally as a Technician you may be required to work in other areas soldering or assembling production units as needed.

The ideal candidate:
Competent soldering skills
down to 0201 surface mount component size
Proven experience in SMT rework
Proven experience in conventional Through Hole rework
Read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials
Maintain high housekeeping standards
BGA rework, Track repairs, & Modifications will be a distinct advantage
