About This Role
Experience in Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud Data Migration - Understanding of the migration process, data models, and legacy systems (EBS) is a must. Expert in SQL & PL/SQL. Expert knowledge in HCM Data Loader and File-based data model. Eager to learn new tools and technologies
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ability to understand the legacy system and assess the data and massage it into Oraclerequired format.
- Define data migration strategy and environmental planning.
- Understand the complete landscape of data migration.
- Resolving load issues with the Programme and Namos Functional teams.
- Review and quantify missing, erroneous, and inconsistent data.
- Ability to reconcile the data at each cycle and provide metrics of data load.
- An understanding of data security issues.
- Good knowledge of patches/maintenance, and monthly and quarterly updates.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Strong Oracle Application experience in the Oracle releases (R12 and Cloud) including full project life cycle
- Training in the latest technologies
- Built long lasting strong client and colleague relationships
- Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value
- A proven track record of working in a team
- The want to always improve
- The ability to adapt and be flexible
Skills and Requirements
Experience with the following products/skills is required for this role:
- Oracle SQL
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Extract scripts (Oracle EBusiness Suite R12 HR & Payroll)
- Data Transformations
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and/or Informatica
- Oracle HDL/ HSDL/PBL/FBDI
- Oracle OTBI
- Endtoend R12/Cloud Upgrade/Implementation project experiences as a Technical Consultant
