- Handle Pleasure craft, Yacht and Super Yacht Claims from FNOL to Settlement
- Maintain an effective reserving policy and effective management of claims payments.
- Act as a referral point for various UK & International Pleasure Craft Coverholders
- Assist and support the shaping, implementation and delivery of a claims strategy in association and support the Yacht and Super Yacht Underwriters, Divisional and Claims Departments' Business Plans
- Manage effective reporting.
- Knowledge and oversight of the book.
- Are keen to progress your career in the Yacht Insurance Market
- Are keen to deliver high levels of customer service and client experience.
- Have attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Are able to make strategic and operational decisions based on facts.
- Are keen to build strong relationships with key super-yacht brokers and clients
- Yacht / pleasure craft claims experience and ambition to move into the Super Yacht insurance market.
- Ability to demonstrate a first class application of insurance principles, principally in the area of yacht / pleasure craft claims

Reports To: UK claims manager MSAM / Claims Director MSAM
We're looking for a Pleasure craft, Yacht and Super Yacht Claims Adjuster in our expanding Marine team in London.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and processing of new yacht claims and for the processing, adjusting and management of existing claims, principally across the pleasure craft, yacht and Yacht and Super Yacht book of business. The role also includes the oversight of claims handled through our Coverholders and the processing of their financials.
