Flights consultant - Corporate travel Required for this expanding TMC. You will be working in the Events team booking worldwide flights both individual and groups using sabre. Hybrid with 2 days in the office, homebased for an exceptional candidate. up to 35k plus an amazing monthly comm scheme, paid after probation


Flight consultants - Corporate travels duties

• Overall full project management and coordination of group travel arrangements for up to 1000 passengers and individual flights
• Arranging group travel and logistics for air and rail travel
• Client & delegate liaison, as well as coordination with global teams
• Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective fares for the client while maximizing revenue for the company
• Occasional travel and on site management when required
• Preparation of proposals, quotations destination feasibility studies and occasional pitching to clients
• Budgeting and project financial management
• Full account reconciliation of projects

Flights consultant - Corporate travel skills required

• Experience in groups flights within a TMC with strong sabre experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ideally educated to BA/VA 1 and 2 standards.
• Experienced in handling complex travel programmes
• A good team player but also able to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for own projects
• Adept at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good verbal and written communication skills

Additional information

• Ideally Hybrid with 2 days on the office in London , they will look at remote if you have all the skills required

• Great bonus after probation, average of 3.

6k to 6k per year, but some are earning a lot more, up to 20k per year
