Description

Butler Rose is working with an Exeter based charity to recruit a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. The position is available due to internal promotion.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is very much a hybrid role with a good level of flexibility, working for an organisation that makes a positive impact on people's lives.

Key duties will include:

Balance sheet reconciliations
Process improvement of current reporting
Month end process completion including responsibility for ensuring month end timetable is met
Involvement with forecasting and budgeting process
Involvement with yearend process
Ensure all financial submissions such as VAT and gift aid are submitted accurately and on time
Working with various internal stakeholders across the organisation
Use of Excel and Sage 200
Other ad hoc duties as required
