Site Manager
We are a regional contractor with many years' experience of working on projects from £750,000.00 through £5M projects. We specialise within Education, Leisure, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential. We successfully carry out D&B projects, traditional contractsand partnering frameworks.

Due to an increase in work and our current Site Managers already on projects we are looking to add to our management team.

We are looking for self-motivated, knowledgeable and talented site managers who want to take ownership of a project whilst receiving firstclass support from the Contract Management department.

Skills and Experience Required:

CSCS Management Card, SMSTS, First Aid, Temp works etc
At least 3 years experience ideally of education and healthcare projects or very similar
At least 5 years experience as a Site Manager
Experience of working on refurbishment and new build schemes
Managed projects from £750K £5M
Used to working in restrictive environments (Schools, Hospitals etc)

Role Responsibilites:

Deliver projects within set time parameters
Management of staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures
Assist in the achievement of set project targets
Achieve Customer Satisfaction through efficient handover and aftercare
Effective Health and Safety Management

Salary range £40, £46,000.00 per year + Car Allowance and Benefits
