- Track progress of project tasks and milestones by liaising with Business Leads and Project Managers.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating as required.
- Organise meetings, prepare papers, and service meetings, including taking accurate minutes/actions.
- Maintain and update project documentation such as the Risk and Issue log, the Action and Decision log, and the Assumptions and Dependency log.
- Compile project and workstream updates into status reports and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination and management of project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Graduate level education or equivalent.
- Experience as a Project Officer, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- PRINCE2 foundation qualification or equivalent project management certification.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong technical and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure, coordinate tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Description
This is a 6-month temporary contract opportunity for a Project Officer to provide essential support through a blend of administrative and project management responsibilities, contributing to strategic growth, innovation and continuous improvement. £30,000 permanent equivalent salary. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 35 hour working week. Flexibility to work from home.
