- First L&D hire and opportunity to build a team/own wider functions if that's in your capability
- Own the entire L&D function with license to make decisions with full support from the board
- Direct reporting into the MD and support from them, a seasoned coach and successful business leader
- Introduce process, structure, strategy and a common reporting/KPI setup to be used business wide.
- Develop programmes to cover learning at all levels, including academies, experienced recruiters and those new to management.
- Be instrumental in building a culture and common ground for the business to adopt from the top down.
- Run all training and coaching, including but not limited to classroom coaching, desk side, 121 support and lunch & learns/extra-curricular.
- Support the business with a future hiring approach and have the potential to bring in a TA who you will lead to attract the talent that suits the business model.
- Opportunity to scale the L&D, TA and HR function as the business scales and has the need for further support.
- Recruitment experience (360 essential, contract preferred)
- Experience of exposure to L&D in a recruitment company before

My client is an established specialist agency across multiple markets. After year-on-year consecutive revenue growth they beginning a 5 year journey to scale the business, tripling in size and further extending their market dominance across multiple sectors.
They are looking to hire their first L&D professional, which will allow them to invest into their existing teams and grow through both senior hires and academy intakes. This person will have a complete clean slate to work with and develop the L&D function in and will work directly with the MD to shape future L&D, HR and TA policies to allow the business to effectively scale.
