Key responsibilities

  • Use the company CRM system and Sage to action orders / invoices.
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients, and manage credit limits for clients.
  • Manage hosting and domain renewals on a monthly basis.
  • Manage credit card receipts and statements for senior members of the team.
  • Liaise with the Finance Director regarding payments in and overdue payments.
  • Manage supplier invoices, ensuring they match the expected values.
  • Input all documentation into Sage using the correct department and nominal code.
  • Assist the Finance Director with accounts updates and monthly reports.
  • Perform Payroll on a monthly basis, assisting with taxes and required forms/documentation.
  • Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks related to the role.
  • Competent using Sage, or similar software.
  • Sage Payroll training. (Desirable)
  • Competent user of Google Docs/Sheets & basic IT skills.
  • Knowledge of a sales order system previously used.
  • Sales force or Advendio CRM training. (Desirable)
  • Payroll experience on software.
  • Past admin and organisational work.
  • Strong people skills and customer service.
  • Flexible in your approach to tasks/objectives/getting stuck in where and when required.
  • Have fantastic attention to detail and problem solve where necessary.
  • Confident working with numbers and data.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chesterfield, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
