Key responsibilities
- Use the company CRM system and Sage to action orders / invoices.
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing clients, and manage credit limits for clients.
- Manage hosting and domain renewals on a monthly basis.
- Manage credit card receipts and statements for senior members of the team.
- Liaise with the Finance Director regarding payments in and overdue payments.
- Manage supplier invoices, ensuring they match the expected values.
- Input all documentation into Sage using the correct department and nominal code.
- Assist the Finance Director with accounts updates and monthly reports.
- Perform Payroll on a monthly basis, assisting with taxes and required forms/documentation.
- Assisting with other miscellaneous tasks related to the role.
- Competent using Sage, or similar software.
- Sage Payroll training. (Desirable)
- Competent user of Google Docs/Sheets & basic IT skills.
- Knowledge of a sales order system previously used.
- Sales force or Advendio CRM training. (Desirable)
- Payroll experience on software.
- Past admin and organisational work.
- Strong people skills and customer service.
- Flexible in your approach to tasks/objectives/getting stuck in where and when required.
- Have fantastic attention to detail and problem solve where necessary.
- Confident working with numbers and data.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chesterfield, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
