Are you a fully experienced Motor Vehicle Service Advisor? Are you looking for a move? If so, here is a great opportunity for you.

A fully experienced Service Advisor is required for a franchised motor dealership.


You will be required to:
- handle customer enquiries.
- book customers in.
- arrange collections/deliveries.
- produce job cards.
- price up and sell additional work.
- keep customers informed of progress/delays, invoice and handle payments.

Having performed in the role previously is essential and a full driving licence is required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,900.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North Shields, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- service advisor in dealership: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
