El Mexicana are looking for enthusiastic Team Members who are passionate about preparing delicious products and delivering great customer service working as part of a team.
El Mexicana Cobham is located on the Food Court at Extra Services on the M25 close to Junction 10 and close to Guildford, Cobham, Woking, Epsom, Ashtead, Walton on Thames, West Byfleet
It is a fun dynamic place to work surrounded by other major restaurant and retailer outlets.
At this location you will need your own car or motorcycle to get to and from work but there is free parking.
No experience necessary as full training provided.
We reward Team Members who successfully progress well through training with increased pay, and you can go as far as you like on this journey right up to Manager.
Ig you are aged 21 or over you will start on £12.75 per hour (which includes an allowance for paid travelling time) After 4-6 months' probation if you have worked hard and learned quickly you will be assessed for promotion to Key Team Member with a pay increase to £13.25 per hour (which includes an allowance for paid travelling time).
Then after another 6-12 months months if you continue to work hard and learn you could be assessed for Team Leader if you want to progress (which means you will be expected to lead a team in charge of a shift) with a pay increase to £14 per hour (which includes an allowance for paid travelling time).
You will be allowed a Free Meal for every full hour shift you work, and you will be allowed a free bottle of water or hot drink on every official break.
