We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants at our residential care home in Bradford, West Yorkshire. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in a warm and welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Supporting residents with mobility and physical activities.

Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.

Monitoring residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.

Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:

Must be registered on the DBS Update Service or willing to undergo a DBS check.

Up-to-date mandatory training certificates, including but not limited to safeguarding, manual handling, and infection control.

Previous experience in administering medication is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 1 year working experience

Compassionate and patient nature.

Salary:

£12/hr plus holiday pay
