We have a fantastic opportunity for a
HR Assistant to join our team in Brackmills, Northampton on a permanent basis supporting our Operations business.
What You'll Do
Reporting into the HR Manager and forming a team of 3 in our Brackmills DC, your focus will be to provide proactive and comprehensive HR administrative / coordination support across a generalist slate and the full employee lifecycle.
As the HR Assistant, some of your duties will include HR system and record maintenance, first line guidance on HR policies and correspondence, liaising with payroll, Recruitment, Employee Relations amongst various other areas.
This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to continue to grow and develop within their HR career in a truly supportive and dynamic environment.
The role is hybrid where you will be based on site at our Brackmills offices (NN4) however have flexibility to work from home when required. Rough expectations would be circa 3 days per week in the office._
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in a HR Support capacity covering a generalist remit
- Level 3 CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
- Experience working with HR Systems (Workday is preferred but by no means essential)
- A proactive and can do attitude
