Description

We are seeking a person with a development background in Java and JavaScript, who has some experience with software delivery management or would like to progress into a Software Delivery Manager position.

As Software Delivery Manager you will act as a bridge between the Product and the Development teams, with key responsibilities to include: ownership of software deliveries, managing estimations, timelines, resources and dependencies; leadership of Agile SCRUM stand-ups and Sprint planning; enhancement of agile/lean tools and processes; translation of business needs into technical requirements & their implementation, and technical documentation.

In addition to a development background with Java and JavaScript, you will have experience with Agile principles, methodology and frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban); along with excellent stakeholder management and consensus building skills.
