- A proven track record of success in pupil progress
- Have a happy, can-do attitude and can lead and motivate children and staff with confidence and passion
- Are committed to children enjoying and engaging in their learning
- Have the desire and ability to drive standards, with understanding and experience of strategies for effective classroom management.
- Are a team player with excellent communication skills and will demonstrate excellent working relationships with colleagues across school.
