Here's what you'll be doing

Salary for this role is between £30,432 and £42,087

Location - Based at our Wednesbury site – WS10 7XD

As an Electrical Investigational Technician you will be working within our Product Assurance Team to review, evaluate and investigate a variety of new, old and refurbished metering assets. You'll also be providing technical support on a range of smart assets and products, playing a key role in ensuring that we provide equipment and solutions to our customers that comply with all technical, safety and quality regulations up to National Standards at all times.

You will also investigate any faults and failures with gas, electric and EV Charging meter assets, finding the root cause of any issues, carrying out hardware reviews and providing recommendations to our external partners. Your knowledge, expertise and findings in this role will help us to evaluate any new assets for their suitability to be included within E.ON's portfolio whilst liaise with manufacturers to understand their products' limitations and raise any faults that you find.
