- Providing actionable insights to make to the merchandising and optimisation teams to ensure you're continuously driving conversion.
- Being hands-on in GA4, identifying new metric sets.
- Writing SQL in a commercial environment.
- Experience working in a CRO-specific role and be able to build strategies to drive conversion.
- Working cross-functionally - with merchandising, data, optimisation and trading teams.
- A competitive salary up to £50,000
