Working exclusively with a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing firm in the hiring of their next finance lead for UK & Ireland.

The organisation operates as its own entity, but forms part of a larger conglomerate, giving you the job security and benefits that come with working for a large co.

Based full time at the companies brand new HQ in Stockley Park you'll have a small and experienced finance team supporting you in the end-to-end production of accounts for UK&I, with primary responsibilities to include:

Review of monthly management reporting to Corporate HQ
Balance sheet, P&L, trend analysis.
Produce robust annual budgets, inclusive of monthly analytics
Ownership of year end audit and corporation tax submissions
Regular review of processes and budgets, and make / implement improvements
Implement roadmap to grow the finance team in accordance with the needs of the business
Ensuring timely and precise bimonthly and quarterly tax returns
Oversee various inhouse projects keeping costs efficient
Supervise AP, AR, CC, and fleet management
ACCA / CIMA Qualified or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential
Demonstrable experience managing a finance team of 4/5 staff
Be happy with regular travel to Buckinghamshire and occasional travel to other parts of the UK (cost of travel / accommodation will be expensed per company policy)
Excellent communication skills
Available at no more than 1 months' notice
