    In this Finance Manager role, you will:
    Lead on the production of the budget, forecast and the long-term financial plan for ten subsidiaries.

    Oversee the consolidation of management accounts for your subsidiaries and report the accounts to the Head of Finance and to board level audiences.

    Have oversight of one direct report, driving professional growth and ensuring key deliverables are met.

    Create and drive financial strategy across the organisation by reviewing processes, identifying cost saving opportunities and other exciting projects across the organisation.

    Based in Carlisle, this role is being offered on a hybrid basis, to work from home once or twice a week, but will require travel to nearby offices across Cumbria.
