GKR London is a specialist recruitment firm focused only on the Real Estate sector. Our clients range from large corporate firms to small family offices. The client this role is connected to is a fast-growing firm that invests in the Hospitality sectoracross Europe.
The role in question is an investment analyst role. Our client is looking for an experienced analyst to join their team who can hit the ground running. A keen eye for detail as well as strong financial modelling experience and skill. You will be reviewing andworking on new deals to help the company expand on a Pan-European basis.

Skills and Requirements:

Must have high level of Excel skills along with significant Modelling knowledge.
Must be able to work in the UK
24 years experience with an analysis role
Work experience in the hospitality industry
Have had significant exposure to lease contracts along with experience with management contracts.
Have had experience and exposure to M&A transactions
Be entrepreneurial
Have drive and be keen to take control of deals
Want to make your mark on the company and the industry as a whole
Have a keen eye for detail
Be able to work within a fastpaced environment

Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities:

Take control of all analysis of all new acquisitions
Aid in the finding and reviewing of all properties across a number of markets and asset classes.
Modify and write up financial models
Take charge of the research on the prioritised markets
Write up investment paper works along with marketing information
Begin the underwriting process aimed at a specific region and provide property reports
Build and hold up relationships to aid in the acquisition of real estate or collect market insight from persons from outside the company.
Find and note down specific trends within the hospitality and real estate industries.
