Your new rolenAs an Environmental Consultant /Senior Environmental Consultant – you will be a key asset to both SMEs and large organisations by assisting them in comprehending their environmental commitments, evaluating the extent to which they meet these obligations and reviewing their overall performance.
Day-to-day, you will be using our support systems to help you work towards your goals.
Some of the tasks you will be undertaking as an Environmental Consultant will include:
Provide technical expertise and guidance on environmental permitting and resource planning.nSet the bar high and showcase exceptional professionalism in all client interactions, service delivery and quality of work.nConfidently discuss environmental matters with peers, clients, subcontractors and regulators.
This includes using interpersonal and active listening skills to build and maintain healthy relationships.nRepresent your clients with diligence and professionalism when communicating with industry regulators.
Such as the Environment Agency, Health and Safety Executive and Local Authority Officers.
MandatorynBachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering or equivalent.n3+ years of experience of working or volunteering in a related field.nFull driving licencen.nDesirednMaster's degree in environmental science, engineering or equivalent.nMinimum of 2 years practical experience within the waste, construction or renewable energy industries.nExperience of working with PV design and installation.nRegulatory experience.nMembership of CIWM, IEMA or relevant professional body.
