Duties

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism
  • Work closely with a team of professionals to implement personalized plans and strategies
  • Assist in establishing a secure and welcoming environment for individuals to develop and thrive
  • Support individuals in their daily routines, such as personal care, social interactions, and educational activities
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other experts to ensure steady support and advancement

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs, especially those within the autism spectrum
  • Familiarity with special education principles and methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively and connect with individuals of different age groups
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a sincere intention to have a positive influence on others' lives
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements
