Duties
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism
- Work closely with a team of professionals to implement personalized plans and strategies
- Assist in establishing a secure and welcoming environment for individuals to develop and thrive
- Support individuals in their daily routines, such as personal care, social interactions, and educational activities
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other experts to ensure steady support and advancement
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs, especially those within the autism spectrum
- Familiarity with special education principles and methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively and connect with individuals of different age groups
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a sincere intention to have a positive influence on others' lives
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements
