Duties

Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, particularly those with autism
Work closely with a team of professionals to implement personalized plans and strategies
Assist in establishing a secure and welcoming environment for individuals to develop and thrive
Support individuals in their daily routines, such as personal care, social interactions, and educational activities
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other experts to ensure steady support and advancement

Qualifications

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs, especially those within the autism spectrum
Familiarity with special education principles and methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively and connect with individuals of different age groups
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a sincere intention to have a positive influence on others' lives
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements
