Finance Business Partner (Costs)

Based:
Manchester (1-2 days office, hybrid)

Salary:
circa £52k dependent on experience, bonus, benefits and opportunities to progress your career in a dynamic, growing company

Our client is a UK leading, rapidly expanding PE backed services business.

Owned by a larger group, they have plans to double business turnover in the next 3 years through organic growth and acquisitions.

This role will work within the Commercial financeteam, working with the wider business to provide cost analysis, reporting and planning for the wider group.

This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial experience to progress their career

Role:

Working with key stakeholders and Directors offering real insight into the cost base and strategic investments
Ownership of business portfolio budgeting and planning process
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver results and develop opportunities
Providing timely and accurate information which can be acted upon by Management
Working closely with commercial management team to identify and deliver cost savings
Partnering with wider finance to ensure robust month and year end processes
Interpreting data, delivering highly quality month end and forecast output with commentary
Preparing variance analysis & understanding key drivers

Experience:

Qualified OR Finalist with a desire to progress/grow within a dynamic business
Experience in a commercial/business partnering role essential (cost business partnering would be highly beneficial)
Detail driven, ensuring process and reporting quality is high standard always
Adaptable, keen to work in a business where you can add real value
