    Account Manager – Role Overview

    Zunoma are a world leading International Security Print provider based in Eastbourne.

    We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to support our growth plans, with experience in managing relationships across key Sales Partners, including agents, resellers, governments, and trade associations.

    With an excellent understanding of managing relationships, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing relationships and sourcing new opportunities internationally, to increase market share, whilst managing a direct pipeline of existing and new business accounts.

    Initially working with existing Sales Agents and your own pipeline, your role will be to strengthen and initiate engagement, to maximise revenue, support lead generation and tender opportunities across different territories, with revenue as a long-term output.

    Account Manager - Who are we looking for?

    · 2/3 years (or equivalent) proven experience as an Account Manager, Agent Manager or similar within a B2B environment– Print would be an advantage.

    · Experience of working in and managing B2B sales in Africa.

    · Proven experience in maintaining and developing strategic partner relationships.

    · Proven experience in managing customer accounts and new business pipeline of varying sizes.

    · Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.

    · Evidence of managing Agent specific plans, processes, and budgets.

    · The right mindset, drive, and enthusiasmto transform challenges into new growth opportunities.

    · An appetite to further your knowledge across the industry.

    · Evidence of hitting and exceeding monthly targets and KPI's consistently.

    · Ability to mentor, manage and review Agent / Partner relationships.

    · Commercially smart, with experience of monitoring competitor and target activity.
